国际近10年艾滋病合并肝炎研究热点的文献计量分析

目的分析世界各国近10年艾滋病合并肝炎的研究主题和热点,探讨用文献计量学方法挖掘不同国家、语种、期刊和发文量等方面的研究侧重点和趋势,为我国相关科研和管理部门制定相应科研创新研究和战略规划提供参考。方法对2001-2010年美国国立医学图书馆Pubmed数据库收录的相关文献采用书目信息共现挖掘系统(BICOMS)进行文献计量分析,利用PASW18.0统计软件对高频主题词进行通篇聚类分析并描绘聚类关系图。结果共检出论文8 657篇,分析显示近10年的相关发文量整体上呈快速上升趋势,其中2008年最多,为1 029篇,是2001年的1.8倍。英语、西班牙语、法语和德语居于发文语种的前列,占总发文量的95.17%。作者以分散研究为主,呈向核心作者聚集的态势。相关高频主题词共46个,聚类分析将高频主题词聚为5个大类,依次为药物治疗及其对人体的副作用、免疫学等基础研究、艾滋病合并肝炎的诊断、流行病学调查和防控与传播。结论国际近10年对艾滋病合并肝炎的关注逐年增加,欧美国家和作者的科研发文量占主导地位。相关研究热点主要集中在艾滋病合并肝炎的药物治疗、基础研究、诊断技术、流行病学、防控与传播等5个领域。本研究结果为我国艾滋病合并肝炎防治工作提供了一定的参考信息。

International Research Hotspots of HIV/AIDS Coinfected Hepatitis During Last Decade

Objective To provide reference for the formulation of appropriate research and strategic planning of China-related research and management,by analyzing the main research topics and study focus about HIV / AIDS coinfected hepatitis in the past 10 years around the world,and exploring research focus and trends by using literature metrology mining different countries,languages,the amount of posting journals and other aspects.Methods Literatures that cited by PubMed database from 2001 to 2010 were collected and analyzed by bibliography information concurrence mining system(BICOMS).PASW18.0 statistical software was used for cluster analysis of the high frequency Key words and describing clustering relationship chart.Results A total of 8 657 published papers were searched,analysis showed an increasing trend of the number of related papers’ publishing in nearly 10 years,and published papers in 2008 was the most(1 029),that was 1.8 times in 2001.English,Spanish,French and German occupies dominant,totally 95.17 percent of all.The authors mainly underwent study dispersedly,the situation of study was to get together core authors.There were 46 related high-frequency keywords altogether,clustering analysis classified high-frequency keywords into 5 categories,that was,drug therapy and adverse effect,immunology and other basic research,diagnosis of HIV/AIDS coinfected hepatitis,epidemiology investigation,control and transmission.Conclusion The attention and the number of published articles of international HIV/AIDS coinfected hepatitis are increasing year by year recently,the number of published articles of European and American countries’ research was dominant.Related research hotspots are mainly concentrated in five fields,such as drug therapy,basic research,diagnosis technology,epidemiology,prevention and control and communication of HIV/AIDS co-infected hepatitis.The results of this study provides the certain reference information for prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS coinfected hepatitis.
