成都市城区居民主要调味品摄人情况分析

摘    要:目的分析成都市城区居民主要调味品(油、盐等)的摄入情况,为开展营养宣传和干预提供科学依据。方法抽取成都市部分家庭进行膳食调查获取家庭调味品消费量,并根据一定比例将调味品消费量分配至个人。结果成都市城区居民油、盐平均每摄入量分别为48.4g/标准人日和11g/标准人日,超过中国居民膳食指南推荐摄入量的居民比例分别为54.0%和66.2%;45岁以上年龄组油、盐摄入超标率明显高于45岁以下年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成都市城区居民油、盐摄入量超标严重,中老年人更为严重,应加强营养宣传和控制。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the edible oil and salt consumption of residents in the urban area of Chengdu,so as to provide basic information for government to develop Nutritional propagation and intervention programs.Methods Diet surveys were among part of local families conducted in the urban area of Chengdu in order to obtain data of seasoning consumption from these families.The consumption data were then properly assigned to individuals.Results The amount of edible oil and salt consumption of Chengdu urban population was 48.4g and 11g per standard day respectively.54.0% and 66.2% of the residents in Chengdu urban area intake more edible oil and salt over the recommended amount from Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents.People over 45 year-old consumed more edible oil and salt than younger generations.This difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The measure of nutritional propagation and intervention should be strengthened,and to intake edible oil with different varieties coordinately should be recommended.
