成都铁路局旅行性精神障碍调查分析

目的 为了解成都铁路局旅行性精神障碍发病情况及规律,为有关部门制定防范措施提供参考.方法 对成都铁路局列车上133例旅行性精神障碍发病病例进行回顾性调查.结果 本次调查病例主要表现为跳车,自伤,伤人,恐惧,喜怒交替等,以男性、青壮年为主,且文化程度较低,多为首次外出,多发生在运行24h以后,集中在暑运、春运等客流高峰时间的硬座车.结论 发病原因是社会-心理-生理多因素作用的结果,与职业,文化程度,人格,车厢环境等有关.可以通过自我调节、宣传教育、改善列车环境,加强巡视等加以预防.

Travel Mental Disorder in the Chengdu Railway Bureau

Objective To provide scientific evidence to relevant departments for formulating preventive measures by investigating the prevalence situation and occurrence oegularity of the travel mental disorder in the Chengdu Railway Bureau.Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted on the 133 onset cases of travel mental disorders in trains of the Chengdu Railway Bureau.Results The investigated cases were mostly young adults and lower education level.The disorders were mainly presented as jumping,self-injury,wounding,fear,laughing and crying.The cases were mostly occurred after 24 hours of train dispatching,and concentrated in the semi-cushioned coach in the railway spring or summer transportations and other passenger flow peak time.Conclusion The cause of disease may be the result of concurrent effects of Society-Psychology-Physiology multi-factors,and it relate to occupations,education level,personality and the enviornment of carriage etc.The the preventive measures of the disease can depend on self-regulation,publicity and education,environment improving,and the inspection enhancing.
