Ⅱ型糖尿病患者脂质过氧化损伤与红细胞免疫功能之间的关系

摘    要:本文对34例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者检测了红细胞免疫指标,同时测定了血浆和红细胞膜脂质过氧化水平。结果显示:Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞C3b受体活性明显降低,血浆和红细胞脂质过氧化水平明显升高;红细胞C3b受体活性降低和血浆及红细胞膜脂质过氧化水平升高呈负相关,进一步多元逐步回归分析红细胞膜脂质过氧化水平升高和红细胞C3b受体活性降低关系更为密切。提示Ⅱ型糖尿病脂质过氧化损伤可能是红细胞免疫功能降低的一重要因素。故临床用抗氧化剂治疗,可能对于改善Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞免疫功能有一定价值。

Abstract:The levels of erythrocyte C3b receptor and malonyl dialdehyde(MDA) in plasma and erythrocyte membrane were measured in 34 patients with diabetes mellitus and 30 healthy aged persons,The results showed that the levels of erythrocyte C3b receptor were significahtly decreased in patients with diabetes mellitus (P<0.01).The levels of plasma and erythrocyte membrane MDA in patients with diabetes mellitus were higher than those in healthy (P<0.01).The changes of erytbrocyte C3b receptor correlated negatively with the levels of MDA in plasma and erythrocyte membrane, particularly MDA in erythrocyte membrane.The results indicate that lipid peroxidation. Particularly in erythrocyte membrane,might contribute to the decrease of erythrocyte C3breceptor.
