摘    要:【目的】了解我院注射剂药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)发生的特点及一般规律,开展药物警戒,减少不良反应发生,为临床合理用药提供参考。【方法】汇总统计我院2012年上报的178例注射剂ADR,对患者情况、药品种类、注射方法、累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计、分析。【结果】178例ADR报告中涉及的药物品种共有70种,其中抗感染药类药物19种(27.14%),居引发ADR的品种数首位;ADR发生以大分子量药物、中药复方制剂、抗感染药最为常见;ADR累及器官或系统以皮肤及其附件最为常见。【结论】临床使用注射剂应关注药物的种类、适用人群、临床表现等,了解药品不良反应发生机制,加强ADR监测报告工作,确保药物治疗安全、有效。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the characteristics and regulations of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital ,Development of pharmacovi,to reduce adverse reactions, Provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods]Summary statics in our hospital in 2012 178 cases of ADR injection.on the condition of patients,the kind of drugs,injection method,involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations such as statics,analysis. Results] 178 cases of ADR involving a total of 70 kinds of drugs,the anti-infective in 19 (27.14%),in the firet initiator ADR;ADR occurred in large molecular weight,the compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, antibiotics are the most common; ADR mainly involved organs or systems to the skin and its appendages are the most common. Conclusion] Clinical attention should be paid to the types of drugs,is suitable the crowd clinical manifestation,Understanding of adverse drug reaction mechanism,strengthen the ADR monitoring work,ensure the drug safety,effective.
