雾化吸入大蒜素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作64例

摘    要:目的观察大蒜素注射液雾化吸入治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的效果,并探讨其可能机制。方法将116例患者随机分成两组,对照组52例运用西医常规治疗(抗感染,平喘及对症处理),治疗组64例在此基础上加用大蒜素注射液雾化吸入治疗。检测治疗前后氧分压、二氧化碳分压和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果总有效率治疗组为93.75%,对照组为67.31%,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05);两组的氧分压、二氧化碳分压及BALF中SOD和MDA含量比较均有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论大蒜素注射液雾化吸入配合西医常规治疗可有效改善慢性支气管炎急性发作期症状并缩短病程。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of atomized inhalation of garlicin injection in treating the patients with acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis. Methods Based on the conventional treatments, 64 cases in the treatment group were given atomized inhalation of garlicin injection. While other 52 cases in the control group were treated by the conventional treatments. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75% and that of the control group was 67.31%, with notable difference between the two groups (P 〈0.05). The curative effect for PaO2, PaCO2 and concentration of superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid also showed notable difference between the two groups, the treatment group got better effect. Conclusion Atomized inhalation of garlicin injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis can improve symptoms and shorten the course of disease.
