黄疸病从脾论治探要

通过对有关黄疸病文献及古代医案的分析,探讨了脾与黄疸病的关系,指出了黄疸病的病位主要在太阴脾土,病因病机为脾虚湿困、湿热熏蒸所致,治疗的根本应从脾入手,以脾为本。脾强土旺则为肝正常的疏泄功能提供了丰厚的物质基础,使黄疸的形成成为无源之水;而脾运化功能正常则水湿无由内停,不会酿成湿热交结之痼疾,故健脾利湿应为治疗黄疸的根本之法。
