香菇多糖在中晚期恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的作用45例分析

目的]探讨香菇多糖（天地欣）在晚期恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的作用.方法]90例恶性肿瘤分为综合组和对照组,每组45例,均按照NCCN2005临床肿瘤治疗指南进行系统治疗,综合组在对照组基础上加用天地欣1mg/d,连用14d治疗.结果]对照组血浆T淋巴细胞AgNORs（Tc-Ag）较综合组明显降低（P＜0.05）,对照组、综合组的有效率（RR）分别是28.89%（13/45）、51.11%（23/45）（P＜0.05）,临床受益率（CBR）分别是57.77%（26/45）、77.78%（35/45）（P＜0.05）,综合组治疗中化疗药物常见的不良反应发生率较对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）.结论]香菇多糖（天地欣）能够调节肿瘤患者血浆T淋巴细胞AgNORs,提高肿瘤治疗的总体CBR,提高生活质量.

An Analysis of Lentinan in Comprehensive Therapy for 45 Cases with Advanced Cancer

Purpose To explore the value of Lentinan in comprehensive therapy for advanced cancer.Methods Ninety cases with advanced cancer were divided into two groups:comprehensive group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).All patients were treated based on the NCCN 2005 clinical cancer practice guideline,but 1mg of Lentinan was given additionally to comprehensive group every day and lasted 14 days.Results The level of Tc-Ag in comprehensive group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The response rate(RR)was 28.89%(13/45)in control group and 51.11%(23/45)in comprehensive group(P<0.05),and the clinical benefit rate(CBR)was 57.77%(26/45)in control group and 77.78%(35/45)in comprehensive group(P<0.05).The toxicity of chemotherapeutic agents in comprehensive group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lentinan could regulate the function of Tc-Ag,raise the CBR and quality of life for advanced cancer.
