心血通注射液治疗脑梗塞临床观察

[目的]观察心血通注射液对脑梗塞患者的临床疗效。[方法]将174例随机分为治疗组88例与对照组86例,治疗组给予心血通注射液静点;对照组给予血塞通注射液静点,每日1次,2周为1个疗程。[结果]治疗1个疗程后按两组患者神经功能缺损情况,进行综合评定疗效,治疗组总有效率为81.8%,对照组总有效率为67.4%。两组患者治疗前后血液流变学指标及血小板黏附率具有差异变化。[结论]心血通注射液治疗脑梗塞具有较好的疗效。

Xinxuetong Injection for Cerebral Infarction of Clinical Observation

[ Objective ] Observation of Injection Xinxuetong clinical efficacy in patients with cerebral infarction. [ Methods] 174 patients were randomly assigned to treatment group 88 cases and control group 86 cases, the treatment group received intravenous injection Xinxuetong ; control group Xuesaitong intravenous injection, 1 day, 2 weeks to 1 month treatment.
