扬州市两社区55岁以上人群生活习惯与脑卒中情况分析

目的了解扬州市城市社区中55岁以上中老年人脑卒中的患病情况,调研中老年人生活习惯与脑卒中的发病趋势相关性,并以社区为基点对影响脑卒中的相关因素,提出促进健康的建议和措施。方法采取横断面研究方法,对扬州市两个城市人口较为集中的社区共701位55岁以上中老年人进行问卷调查,对相应调查结果进行健康状况及影响脑卒中发病发展相关因素分析。结果两社区55岁以上中老年人有一定比例的脑卒中发病率,分别为3%和5%,其生活习惯、基础疾病、身体健康状况等因素均参与和影响脑卒中的发病与发展。结论制定防范中老年人脑卒中发生的措施,有效干预影响脑卒中发病的不良生活习惯等因素,提高社区医疗中心的服务功能,有利于全面降低中老年人脑卒中发病率、致死率及致残率,提高中老年人的生活质量。

Investigation and Analysis of the Correlation of Lifestyle and Stroke about People being beyond 55 Years Old in Two Communities of Yangzhou
