| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性乙肝病毒（HBV）携带者病人肝穿病理及其与患者年龄、性别的关系。方法 72例慢性HBV携带者接受快速经皮肝穿刺及病理检查,肝组织切片由病理科医师盲法进行读片,分析肝脏炎症活动度、纤维化程度与其年龄、性别的关系。结果大部分慢性HBV携带者均有轻重不等的炎症及纤维化,轻度慢性肝炎（G1-2,S0-2）共38例,占52.78%,中度慢性肝炎（G3,S1-3）共25例,占34.72%,重度慢性肝炎（G4,S2-4）共5例,占6.94%,其中肝硬化2例。统计学分析发现：年龄、性别与肝脏炎症活动度、纤维化程度呈正相关。结论大部分慢性HBV携带者均有轻重不等的炎症及纤维化,对慢性HBV携带者,特别是高龄、男性患者,应予肝穿肝组织活检以判断其炎症活动度及纤维化程度,以判断是否采取抗病毒治疗等措施,延缓疾病进展。
