| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨精神科专科护士在临床工作中的重要性,促进精神科专科护士的成长。方法:我院2009年1月选择专业水平较高、综合素质全面的中、高级护理人员25人,成立精神科准专科护理小组,由专人负责,指导病房的专科护理工作。采取不同形式的护理查房,工作内容包括患者问题的提出、心理社会因素的评估、制定护理计划、健康教育、制定康复计划等。结果:使患者的具体问题得到解决,减轻了心理社会因素对患者的影响,提高了患者对治疗的依从性,提高了患者的康复效果,赢得了患者及家属的高度认可,提升了精神科专科护士的整体业务素质,提高了参与查房护士的专业水平及拓宽知识面。结论:通过精神科专科护士查房,体现精神科专科护士在临床中的作用,并取得显著效果。
