200例喉癌术后并发症的原因分析及护理对策

目的分析喉癌患者术后出现各种并发症的原因及护理对策。方法回顾性分析200例喉癌患者术后出现并发症的原因,并采取有针对性的护理策略,积极采取应对措施,抓住护理要点护理。喉癌术后常见并发症有：切口出血、肺部感染、皮下气肿、咽瘘、气管套管脱出等表现,本组并发术后出血2例,皮下气肿23例,肺部感染6例,咽瘘16例,气管套管脱出12例,气管内阻塞4例。结果对喉癌术后并发症的严密观察和良好合理的护理,能有效地控制和预防并发症的发生。经过精心护理与治疗,除2例咽瘘未完全治愈,其余全部临床治愈出院。结论喉癌术后并发症的发生与术前、术中及术后多种因素有关。要求医生及护士及时发现和处理并发症的潜在危险因素,从而有效预防和降低并发症的发生。

Cause Analysis and Nursing Countermeasures of Complications in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer
