| 摘 要： | 目的:比较艾司西酞普兰与西酞普兰治疗首发老年抑郁症的有效性和安全性。方法:将68例首发老年抑郁症患者随机分为A组(艾司西酞普兰)和B组(西酞普兰),疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD17)、临床总体印象量表(CGI)与不良反应量表(TESS)在治疗前和治疗后第1、2、4、6周末评定疗效与不良反应。结果:A组第1、4、6周末HAMD17与CGI评分均低于B组,两组有显著性差异(t=2.18,2.77,3.2,P<0.05或P<0.01);两组临床疗效有显著性差异(x2=4.19,P<0.05);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(x2=0.15,P>0.05)。结论:艾司西肽普兰具有良好的抗抑郁效果,比西酞普兰起效更快、症状缓解更明显、疗效更好,而且安全性高,耐受性好,可作为老年抑郁症的一线用药。
