| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨注射疗法配合康复手段治疗反复发作性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2007年8月～2009年5月收治的反复发作性膝关节骨性关节炎患者31例(33膝),采用关节周围痛点阻滞加关节内注射透明质酸钠,同时配合理学疗法及运动疗法。结果:1个疗程后观察疗效,临床治愈20膝,显效7膝,有效4膝,无效2膝,总有效率为93.9%。结论:注射疗法配合康复手段治疗反复发作性膝关节骨性关节炎易于操作,远期效果满意。
