| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颈动脉超声检查在健康体检中的应用价值。方法:将社区55岁以上受试人群随机分为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行健康教育等非药物干预一年,通过颈动脉超声检测颈动脉IMT厚度(内中膜厚度),对比干预前后IMT变化。结果:708例受试者中,干预组354例,其中动脉硬化294例,对照组354例,其中动脉硬化285例,干预组IMT变化与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:超声检查可客观评价血管硬化程度,可尽早发现动脉硬化及斑块,并及早干预体检者生活方式等,有效预防急性缺血性脑卒中的发生。
