| 摘 要： | 文章分析了宁波市实施基本药物制度的实践措施及其特点,从加强组织领导、规范工作程序、完善财政补助政策、推进人事制度改革、强化绩效考核、加大宣传力度等方面做好基本药物制度实施,取得了较好成效,居民均次药品费用明显下降,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | The practice measure and its corresponding characteristics of implementing basic drug system in Ningbo city were analyzed in the paper.Some measures,which mainly included strengthening organizational lead,perfecting public finance subsidy policy,carrying forward the reformation of manpower system,strengthening performance evaluation,strengthening education,were practiced.Their better effects were achieved.The average drug expense per patient was obviously dropped out.It is worthy of application on a large s... |
