社区居民高血压知识行为与护理需求调查分析

目的了解社区高血压患者服药的依从性及社区护理需求,社区居民对高血压相关知信行（KAP）现状。方法采用入户调查的形式对社区居民进行调查,内容包括：一般资料、高血压患者遵医嘱情况、社区护理需求及居民对高血压相关KPA现状。结果调查人群高血压病患者遵医嘱规律服药率较低;高血压病患者知识知晓率普遍高于一般人群,但对高血压相关知识的认知程度普遍较低;社区居民高血压相关不健康行为形成率大多处于较高水平。结论在社区高血压防治的护理干预中,要针对社区居民高血压现有知识的不足,结合高血压患者的社区护理需求,采取有效的措施加强健康教育和健康促进工作。
