传染病医院护士工作压力与主观幸福感研究

目的：调查传染病医院护士工作压力、主观幸福感现状及影响因素,为传染病管理者制定政策、措施提供借鉴。方法：运用中国护士压力量表、Campbell幸福感量表和一般情况问卷对某三级甲等传染病医院165名护士进行问卷调查。结果：传染病医院护士工作压力得分97.67±18.67,较国内研究结果（78.77）高;主观幸福总感分9.13±2.01,明显低于常模。工作压力与主观幸福感存在明显的负相关。结论：降低传染病院护士工作压力和提高主观幸福感应从政府、医院管理者、护士自身三个方面采取措施。

Working pressure and subjective well-being of nurses in infectious hospitals
