| 摘 要： | 目的为基于立体定向技术的神经外科手术、介入治疗大脑顶枕区病变及解剖学教学等提供三维可视化模型。方法在微型计算机上,6例正常成人颅脑横断连续薄层MRI数据,导入3D-Doctor软件包中,人工分割顶枕沟、侧脑室、大脑半球,分别以不同颜色标识;用面绘制方法重建顶枕沟、侧脑室及大脑半球三维可视化模型。结果成功重建大脑顶枕沟在整脑中的三维可视化模型,再现了顶枕沟的在活体脑中的形态及位置。结论应用计算机软件重建顶枕沟的三维立体形态,再现其在活体状态下的形态特征,为基于立体定向技术的神经外科手术、介入治疗大脑顶枕区病变及解剖学教学等提供形态学依据。
