| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查(TVCDS)对异位妊娠的诊断及定位方面的价值。方法:对手术或保守治疗及病理证实的270例异位妊娠患者的超声图像及病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:270例患者经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断为异位妊娠262例,超声图像表现为附件区-厚壁囊状无回声或低回声、混合回声包块,漏诊或误诊8例,诊断符合率97.04%。结论:阴道超声检查对异位妊娠的诊断率高,特别是对早期异位妊娠的及时、准确诊断,具有非凡的作用,是临床首选的检查方法。
