| 摘 要： | 目的探讨马铃薯联合肝素钠封管液外敷预防静脉留置针致静脉炎,保护患者静脉的有效措施。方法将148例患者随机分两组,实验组76例和对照组72例。实验组用马铃薯片外敷与肝素钠封管液湿敷交替进行,对照组不做任何处理。观察两组患者静脉炎发生率及静脉留置针留置时间。结果实验组静脉炎发生率为3.95%（3/76）,留置时间为2～10 d,平均留置时间为6.68 d。对照组静脉炎发生率为19.44%（14/72）,留置时间为1～7 d,平均留置时间为4.58 d。实验组与对照组相比较静脉炎发生率降低,静脉炎程度下降,静脉留置时间延长,对比组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论建议使用静脉留置针时,用马铃薯片外敷与肝素钠封管液湿敷交替进行,可有效预防静脉炎的发生,延长静脉留置针的使用时间,减轻患者的痛苦。
