| 摘 要： | 目的:验证奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机入组,开放式临床自身对照研究,入组60例,给予奥氮平5～20 mg/日,口服,治疗8周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)及临床总体印象量表(CGI-SI)评价疗效,采用药物不良反应量表(TESS),并通过体检、实验室检查、心电图检查和其它不良事件的描述性记录资料的收集,评价安全性。结果:完成8周治疗的55例精神分裂症患者,基本痊愈19例(34.54%),显进21例(38.18%),进步11例(20.00%),无效4例(7.27%),总有效率为92.72%。不良反应少。结论:奥氮平片剂治疗精神分裂症具有良好的疗效和耐受性。
