观察改良肠道清洁在妇科术前准备中的应用

目的:观察口服聚乙二醇电解质散溶液用于妇科手术前肠道清洁的效果。方法:将100例妇科手术前需肠道清洁的患者随机分为两组,每组各50例。研究组口服聚乙二醇电解质散溶液;对照组手术前一天晚上温软皂液灌肠、手术当天清晨清洁灌肠。比较两组患者手术前肠道准备清洁效果;护士所花时间;患者肠道准备后的不良反应;患者术后第一次排气时间,第一次排便时间。结果:研究组患者肠道清洁效果好于对照组(P=0.02);研究组护士所花时间短于对照组(P=0.000);对照组、研究组患者肠道准备后的不良反应发生率分别为84.0%、42.0%,对照组明显高于研究组(P=0.000);研究组患者第一次排气时间、第一次排便时间均短于对照组(P分别为0.011、0.00)。结论:口服聚乙二醇电解质溶液用于妇科术前肠道清洁准备优于传统的清洁灌肠,术前准备时间短,患者无痛苦,方法简单易操作,肠道清洁理想。

Application of Improved Bowel Cleansing Observed in Gynecological Preoperative Preparation
