| 摘 要： | 目的提高对病毒性脑炎诊断与治疗的认识。方法回顾分析2007年6月-2009年6月在南医大学附属南京儿童医院住院的108例小儿病毒性脑炎的临床资料,结合2010年欧洲病毒性脑炎处理指南,探讨对病毒性脑炎的再认识。结果脑脊液异常58例,CT异常38例,MRI异常15例,脑电图异常93例。经更昔洛韦治疗且病程2周后：脑脊液异常的58例患儿复查脑脊液,74.13%脑脊液白细胞降至正常范围;脑电图异常的93例患儿中78.49%患儿脑电图基本恢复正常;108例患儿中96.30%头颅CT或MRI未见异常,脑脊液常规生化均正常,无神经系统阳性症状体征;3.70%患儿脑脊液单纯疱疹病毒DNA阳性,脑脊液白细胞及蛋白仍高于正常,头颅MRI示额叶软化灶,脑电图示额叶局灶性慢波。结论早期诊断及治疗是影响病毒性脑炎预后的因素之一,按照指南处理更有利于改善小儿病毒性脑炎的预后。
