| 摘 要： | 采用超声波法提取中药独活总香豆素,以乙醇溶液为香豆素的提取溶剂,通过正交试验考察了乙醇提取浓度、超声时间、液料比对独活总香豆素得率的影响,结果表明,各因素对对独活总香豆素得率的影响大小依次为:乙醇提取浓度>超声时间>液料比;优化的提取工艺参数为:60%乙醇,料液比1:80,超声提取40min,此条件下独活总香豆素含量2.29%。

| Abstract: | Objective:Total coumarins of radix angelicae pubescentis was extracted by ultrasonic method. Effects of extraction solvent,extraction time and ratio of liquid to material on the contents of total coumarins were studied by orthogonal design.The results showed that capability of three factors on total coumarins extracted was as follows:ethanol solution concentration>extraction time>ratio of liquid to material.The optimum levels were 60%,40min and 1:80,respectively.Under the optimum conditions,the content of t... |
