| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨DHS内固定加骨移植治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:先将DHS螺钉定位固定于股骨颈内,解剖复位粗隆间骨折;安装DHS钢板,钻孔拧入皮质骨螺钉固定。结果:本组60例,随访12～18个月,骨折均愈合满意,髋关节运动恢复优良。结论:DHS内固定加骨移植治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,手术创伤小,骨折易于复位;术后可以早期功能训练,患肢功能恢复优良。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of the application of DHS internal fixation and bone transplantation in the treatment of the intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods:Fix the Dynamic Hip Screw(DHS) into the collum femoris and dissect and reset inertrochanteric fracture;install the DHS steel plate,drill hole and screw the cortical screw in.Results:All 60 cases got followed-up,whose average period ranges from 12 to 18 months.All fractures healed with good recovery and satisfactory effects and the... |
