等待肺移植患者生存质量的调查与分析

目的调查等待肺移植患者的生存质量。方法采取生存质量量表（SF-36）和呼吸道疾病相关问卷（AQ20-R）调查55例等待肺移植患者的生存质量。结果等待肺移植患者SF-36各维度得分均低于常模,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,SF-36各维度得分：生理职能（RP）23.18±37.53、生理机能（PF）41.45±26.98、一般健康（GH）42.00±18.83、社会职能（SF）45.95±26.44、情感职能（RE）50.30±23.91、精力（VT）51.27±19.08、精神健康（MH）61.30±17.35、躯体疼痛（BP）74.56±18.83。AQ20-R总分的均分为11.25±4.38,比其他呼吸系统疾病的得分要高,困扰等待肺移植患者生存质量的前三位问题依次是：在工作活动中因肺部疾病感到气促;上楼梯时感到气促;因肺部疾病感到不能充分享受生活。结论等待肺移植患者生存质量明显降低,尤其是生理机能和生理职能方面受损明显。

An Investigation of Quality of Life in Patients with Awaiting Lung Transplantation

Objective To investigate the quality of life（QOL） in patients with awaiting lung transplantation.Methods Totally 55 patients awaiting for lung transplantation were investigated with the instruments of Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaires（SF-36） and Revised Airways Questionnaires 20（AQ20-R）.Results The scores among the 8 domains of SF-36 were lower than national norms（P0.01）,and the scores among the 8 domains of SF-36 were： role-physical（RP） 23.18±37.53,physical functioning（PF） 41.45±26.98,general health（GH） 42.00±18.83,social functioning（SF） 45.95±26.44,vitality（VT） 51.27±19.08,role-emotional（RE） 50.30±23.91,mental health（MH） 61.30±17.35,and bodily pain（BP） 74.56±18.83.The mean score of AQ20-R was 11.25±4.38,The score was higher than others respiratory disease,the major three problems that manifested QOL were：suffering from breathlessness when carrying out activities at work,feeling breathlessness when walking upstairs,unable to enjoy life due to lung disease.Conclusion The quality of life（QOL） in patients with awaiting lung transplantation was lower than healthy people,especially in role-physical（RP）,physical functioning（PF）.
