| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道等离子前列腺腔内剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效。方法对2006年1月-2010年12月间132例良性前列腺增生症患者应用经尿道等离子前列腺腔内剜除术,并对术前术后相关临床资料进行对比分析。结果本组132例均平稳渡过围手术期,手术时间55～150 min,平均70 min,术中出血80～300 ml,平均110 ml。术中无输血;切除的腺体组织35～125 g,平均55 g;术中前列腺包膜穿孔2例,膀胱前列腺连接部穿孔行腹腔引流2例;随访3个月～2.2年,术后无TUR综合症及再次手术病例;术后轻度尿失禁7例,均在1周内可恢复,压力性尿失禁2例,均在6个月内恢复,无永久性尿失禁发生;术后半年最大尿流率（Qmax）增至17.1～25.8 ml/s,平均20.6 ml/s,最大尿流率（Qmax）术后与术前比较差异具有统计学意义（t=6.5478,P〈0.05）;国际前列腺症状（IPSS）评分0～7分,平均4.8分,IPSS术后与术前比较差异具有统计学意义（t=5.1834,P〈0.05）。结论前列腺腔内剜除术是治疗良性前列腺增生症的一种较为有效的方法。
