| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨循证医学在感染内科实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:选择临床实习学生36例,随机分为两组。循证教学组18例,按照循证医学教育模式进行带教,与按照传统教学法实习生18名(传统教学组)进行理论与技能训练的效果比较。结果:循证教学组在训练实习生理论学习及技能方面优于传统教学组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:循证医学教育模式符合目前医学发展趋势,应用循证医学能更好地指导临床教学,并有助于学生临床思维能力的培养。
