| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清中性粒细胞激活肽-78（ENA-78）和血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白（VE-cadherin）含量变化在寻常性银屑病发病中的作用及其临床意义。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测78例寻常性银屑病患者外周血清中ENA-78和VE-cadherin的水平;并动态观察治疗前后ENA-78和VE-cadherin的变化及其与寻常性银屑病患者病情活动指标之间的关系。结果寻常性银屑病患者治疗前血清中ENA-78和VE-cadherin的水平较正常对照组显著增高（P〈0.01）,且ENA-78和VE-cadherin的水平与寻常性银屑病的分期有关,其中进行期患者组显著高于静止期患者组（P〈0.01）;治疗后血清中ENA-78和VE-cadherin较治疗前显著下降（t=12.72,11.48,P〈0.01）。ENA-78的血清浓度变化与VE-cadherin水平及银屑病严重程度指数PASI评分呈正相关（P均〈0.01）。结论血清ENA-78和VE-cad-herin的检测可作为反映寻常性银屑病病情活动的指标之一。
