| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨恢复期老年抑郁症患者心理状态及社会支持问题。方法:采用SCL-90症状自评量表、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对75例恢复期老年抑郁症患者进行调查,并将调查结果与常模对照分析。结果:在SCL-90因子分析中,恢复期老年抑郁症患者躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病等因子分显著高于常模。低支持状态占81.33%。结论:恢复期老年抑郁症患者存在明显的心理问题,缺乏社会支持系统。
