| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨全盆腔放疗联合三维适形放疗(3DCRT)配合口服希罗达(卡培他滨)治疗术后区域复发及局部晚期的老年直肠癌的临床疗效。方法:52例术后区域复发及局部晚期老年直肠癌患者均给予全盆腔放疗联合3DCRT,其中同期口服希罗达组(研究组)30例,单纯放疗组(对照组)22例。结果:研究组和对照组症状缓解率分别为96.7%和72.7%(P<0.05);有效率(CR+PR)分别为86.7%和59.1%(P<0.05);2年生存率分别为56.7%、40.9%(P>0.05);2年远处转移率分别为76.7%、77.3%(P>0.05);两组在不良反应方面未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:全盆腔放疗联合三维适形放疗结合口服希罗达治疗术后区域复发及局部晚期的老年直肠癌可提高近期疗效,改善生存质量,且不良反应可以耐受。
