广州某医科大学生物技术学院大学生就业心理调查

目的调查大学生就业心理,以便有针对性的对大学生开展就业指导教育。方法采用自制调查表,对116名本科生的就业心理状况进行调查分析。结果总体就业压力平均分为56.87530±12.79005,大四学生就业压力平均分高于大三（P〈0.05）,非独生子女高于独生子女（P〈0.05）。由于就业压力,1.7%的学生抽烟喝酒;19.8%沉迷于网络;13.0%与室友或恋人关系变差;4.3%想到过自杀;6.8%出现过暴力行为。多数学生毕业后倾向于考研、考公务员等稳定性的工作。良好的学习成绩有利于就业（P〈0.05）,综合素质与就业压力负相关,rs=-0.317。经济压力与就业压力正相关,rs=0.387。结论大学生普遍存在就业压力,且应对方式不良,应以高年级学生、非独生子女和经济条件不良的学生为重点对象,开展就业指导。

Employment Psychology of Students in Biology Technical College in Guangzhou

Objective To investigate the employment psychology of students,make a employment guidance for university students.Methods A self-control questionnaire was used to investigate 116 medical students＇ employment psychology.Results The average score of employment pressure was 56.8753±12.7900.Employment pressure was higher in Grade 4 and child with brothers or sisters than in Grade 3 and child without brothers or sisters（P0.05）.To relieve stress,1.7% of 116 students smoked and drank;19.8% surfed the net excessive;13.0% had deteriorated relations with roommates or friends;4.3% had thought to death;6.8% had violence.Most students tended to stable jobs such as civil service or further studies.Good grades was to advantage of employment（P0.05）.Employment pressure was negatively correlated with the overall quality（rs=-0.317）,and was positively correlated with the economic pressure（rs=0.387）.Conclusion Employment pressure was prevalent in university students.Employment instruction service should be carried out especially for high school students,students without brothers or sisters and student with economic pressure.
