| Abstract: | This text analyzed on the current style and food hygiene management style of the Singaporean and Chinese peddler, compared the risk factors in food processing and management styles between two countries, and analyzed the current characteristics and limitations of the food hygiene management style of peddler in China, as well as provide some countermeasures. |
