| 摘 要： | 目的比较西酞普兰与多赛平抗抑郁和焦虑共病的疗效和不良反应。方法将70例同时符合抑郁症和焦虑障碍诊断标准的门诊和住院患者,按就诊的先后顺序随机分为两组,分别口服西酞普兰和多赛平治疗6周,用汉密斯顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密斯顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)的减分率评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗第1、2、4周HAMD和HAMA减分率两组有显著差异(P均0.05),尤以第1周更为明显(P0.01),6周后两组比较则无显著差异(t=0.96和0.81,P均0.05),西酞普兰组的临床治愈率高于多赛平组,两组有显著差异(χ2=4.37,P0.05),而临床有效率则无显著差异(χ2=0.49,P0.05)。多赛平组的不良反应发生率和严重程度明显高于西酞普兰组。结论西酞普兰治疗抑郁和焦虑共病患者疗效优于多赛平,且不良反应少而轻。
