深圳市储藏物孳生粉螨的研究

摘    要:目的调查深圳市不同储藏物中粉螨孳生种类及其孳生密度。方法用直接镜检法、振筛分离法、水膜镜检法、电解分离法及光照驱螨法分离储藏物粉螨,并鉴定它们的种属。结果从51种储藏物中分离出25种粉螨,隶属于7科19属,分别为粉螨科的粉螨属、食酪螨属、向酪螨属、嗜菌螨属、食粉螨属、嗜木螨属、狭螨属、皱皮螨属,脂螨科的脂螨属,食甜螨科的食甜螨属、嗜鳞螨属、澳食螨属、无爪螨属、脊足螨属,嗜渣螨科的嗜渣螨属,果螨科的果螨属,薄口螨科的薄口螨属,麦食螨科的尘螨属、嗜霉螨属。粉螨草生密度为10,95~272.48只/g,饲料中粉螨孳生密度最高(272,48只/g),共发现5种粉螨,凤尾菇的粉螨孳生密度最低(10.95只/g),仅发现1种粉螨。结论深圳市储藏物粉螨污染较严重。应加强储藏物孳生螨类的防制和人体螨病的预防。

Abstract:Objective To survey the kinds and density of acaroid mites breeding in stored products in Shenzhen city.Methods Mites were isolated by Directicopy,Shakesieve,Waterflotation,Tullgren,Antilightole and were identified under microscope.Results 25 species of acaroid mites belonging to 19 genera 7 families were identified from 51 kinds of stored products.The breeding density of acaroid mites was from 272.48/g to 10.95/g,among which the highest and lowest breeding density of acaroid mites was in feeders(272.48/g) and fengwei mushrooms(10.95/g),respectively.Conclusions Stored products in Shenzhen city were seriously polluted by acaroid mites.It's important to prevent acaroid mites and guard against human acarisis.
