地佐辛复合罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛的临床观察

目的观察地佐辛复合盐酸罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛效果与不良副反应。方法选择2012年1—12月份接受术后镇痛的80例剖宫产手术患者,随机分为两组:地佐辛组(A组):地佐辛5mg+1.25%罗哌卡因20mL+氟哌利多2.5mg+生理盐水至100mL,吗啡组(B组):吗啡1μg/kg+1.25%罗哌卡因20mL+氟哌利多2.5mg+生理盐水至100mL记录产妇术后48h内各个时点的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、舒适度(BCS)评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察地佐辛组(A组)和吗啡组(B组)VAS评分、舒适度(BCS)评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),地佐辛组相对于对照组不良反应发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛复合盐酸罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛,疗效满意,副反应少,值得广泛应用。

Dezocine combined with ropivacaine tor cesarean section postoperative epidural analgesia clinical observation

Objective Observation of dezocine composite ropivacaine for cesarean section postoperative epidural analgesia effects and adverse reactions. Methods Choose to accept for postoperative analgesia after cesarean section in 80 cases patients with operation, were randomly divided into two groups： dezocine group （A group） ： dezocine 5mg＋1.25% ropivacaine 20mL＋droperidoi 2.5 mg＋saline solution to 100mL, morphine group （group B） ： morphine 1 p~g/kg＋l.25% ropivacaine 20mL＋droperidol and 2.5 more Mg＋saline to 100 ml records of women after 48 hours each time by a visual analogue scale （VAS）, comfort （BCS） score and the incidence of adverse reaction. Results Dezocine observation group （group A）and morphine group （group B）, VAS score comfort （BCS） scores were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）, dezocine group compared to the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Dezocine composite ropivacaine for cesarean section postoperative epidural analgesia, satisfactory curative effect, less side reaction, is widely used.
