喜炎平联合水溶性维生素治疗手足口病疗效观察

目的观察喜炎平联合水溶性维生素治疗手足口病的临床疗效,探讨其临床应用价值。方法选取该院2011年5月—2012年6月收治的手足口病患儿108例,随机分为对照组与观察组,均进行常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上采用喜炎平联合水溶性维生素治疗,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.26%,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平联合水溶性维生素治疗手足口病疗效显著,患者退热时间和皮疹消退时间明显缩短,且不良反应少,值得推广和应用。

Conclusion Xiyanping joint water-soluble vitamin treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease efficacy significantly, patients with fever clearance time and rash subsided significantly shorter, and fewer adverse reactions, worthy of promotion and application.
