基于和解少阳法论治青光眼理论探析

目前中医药治疗青光眼,多从肝郁气滞、肝肾亏虚、痰湿瘀滞等角度出发,文章通过对和解少阳法治疗青光眼进行理论探讨,强调中医药治疗青光眼时,从和解少阳着手,立足于肝进行论治,肝主藏血、主疏泄、开窍于目,对人体全身气血运行,尤其眼部气血的运行,起着极其重要的作用。通过和解少阳之法治疗青光眼,在临床中有着较好的指导作用。

Analysis of the theory of treating glaucoma based on the reconciliation of Shaoyang treatment

At present,traditional Chinese medicine treats glaucoma mostly from the perspectives of stagnation of liver-qi,deficiency of liver and kidney,phlegm-dampness stagnation and so on. Through theoretical discussion on the treatment of glaucoma with the method of reconciling Shaoyang,this paper emphasizes that when treating glaucoma with traditional Chinese medicine,we should start with reconciliation of Shaoyang and treat it based on the liver. Liver is the main source of blood,relieving bleeding and opening the eyes,and the whole body''s qi-blood movement,especially the eye qi-blood movement. The operation plays an important role. The method of reconciling Shaoyang to treat glaucoma has a good guiding role in clinical practice.
