| 摘 要： | 免疫治疗是当前继手术、化疗、放疗之后一种十分重要的肿瘤治疗模式。目前,基于阻断免疫检查点分子和程序性死亡受体的疗法在有着一定肿瘤负荷的晚期癌症患者中有着显著功效1-2]。对于早期手术可切除患者的免疫治疗模式的临床试验也在开展中。

The role of Chinese medicine in cancer microenvironment |

| Abstract: | Following surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, immunotherapy is another very important cancer treatment measurement. Chinese medicine has significant value in the immunotherapy of cancer. In addition to the direct inhibition of tumors, Chinese medicine can also regulate the function of various types of immune cells, improve the tumor immune microenvironment, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor effect of immune cells, and ultimately inhibit tumor growth and obtain better clinical efficacy. Further exploration of the mechanisms and applications of Chinese medicine in the cancer immunotherapy provides new ideas for clinical cancer management and has broad prospects. |
