严重多发伤的急救措施

目的探讨急诊科建立的对严重多发伤的救治措施。方法从早期急救措施,中期急救措施,后期急救措施的综合实施,急诊科建立了对严重多发伤的救治措施。结果救治严重多发伤82例。其中43例在急诊科开展急诊手术和重症监护治疗,死亡7例,39例在急救中心初步救治后转入专科病房,死亡7例。结论在急诊科建立一套对严重多发伤完善的能指导工作的救治措施可以提高抢救的成功率。

EMERGENCY MEASURES FOR THE TREATMENT OF SEVERE MULTI-TRAUMA

Objective To found out management measure and notion of emergency medical treatment for multi-trauma.Methods Inclusive treatment(from first aid at forphase to anaphase),measure and notion were found in emergency department.Results 82 cases of multi-trauma were studied.Emergency operation were performed and critical care after operation were carried out at emergency department in 43 cases and 7 were died;39 cases were transfused to special department after basic life support and 7 were died.Conclusion Inclusive treatment for multi-trauma at emergency department may increase successful resuscitation rate.
