| 摘 要： | 目的了解汶川地震灾区健康人群流行性脑膜炎（流脑）A群、C群抗体水平,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法 采集灾区灾民安置点中5～年龄组、10～年龄组、15～年龄组及25～年龄组健康人群血液标本293份,应用ELISA试剂盒检测A、C群流脑抗体水平。结果汶川地震灾区健康人群A群流脑抗体总阳性率为82.3%（241/293）,抗体含量中位数为4.86μg/ml;C群流脑抗体总阳性率为71.3%（209/293）,抗体含量中位数为4.39μg/ml。结论 汶川地震灾区健康人群A群、C群流脑抗体水平均处于较高水平。灾区流脑A＋C群疫苗加强接种为预防流脑流行发挥了重要作用。
