茶叶渣不溶性膳食纤维通便及其机制研究

摘    要:目的探讨茶叶渣中不溶性膳食纤维(TIDF)的持水和膨胀性及其润肠通便的作用。方法比较5种粒径TIDF在人工模拟无胃蛋白酶的胃液和人工模拟无胰蛋白酶的肠液中的持水力、膨胀力随时间的变化。分别以5种粒径、3个剂量的TIDF干预KM雄性小鼠,测定排便情况;以复方地芬诺酯建立便秘模型,测定黑便排出状况和墨汁推进率。结果 TIDF在人工模拟NE胃液和人工模拟NE肠液中的持水、膨胀特性均相同,持水力和膨胀力由小到大排列为:60目<80目<200目<150目<100目。5%、10%和15%的TIDF或5种目数的TIDF均可明显促进小鼠排便,显著提高便秘小鼠的小肠推进率、粪便重量和粒数、缩短首便时间(P<0.01);当TIDF为100目、干预剂量大于10%时,便秘小鼠的小肠蠕动和排便效果最佳。结论 TIDF具有较好的通便作用,剂量越大或较小粒径TIDF具备较好的持水力及膨胀力。
