| 摘 要： | 目的观察蕲蛇酶对急性进展性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将127例急性进展性脑梗死患者随机分成蕲蛇酶治疗组65例,对照组62例,进行对照研究。结果蕲蛇酶治疗组的疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗后FG,PAgT指标显著下降（P〈0.05）,D-D升高（P〈0.05）。结论蕲蛇酶对急性进展性脑梗死患者治疗有效。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to investigate the effect of acute progressive cerebral infarction treated by acutase.Methods 127 cases of acute progressive cerebral infarction patients were divided into trerapy group with 65 cases and control group with 62 randomly,contol test was performed.Results The effect of acutase therapy group was more dramatic than that of control group(P<0.01);PAgT were decreased remarkably(P<0.05)and D-D increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Acutase has a curative effect on patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction. |
