妇产科患者隐私保护意识与情感反应调查分析

摘    要:目的了解妇产科患者隐私保护意识,为临床提高隐私保护服务提供参考。方法采用自行设计的妇产科隐私保护意识调查表对妇产科住院患者212例进行调查。结果隐私保护测试题答对率为11.8%;67.5%调查对象认为隐私保护十分重要;大众媒体是妇女获取隐私保护知识的主要渠道。不同科室、文化背景、年龄和宗教信仰人群隐私保护重要性认知差异具有统计学意义。患者维护隐私权首选向医院相关部门投诉;隐私保护影响因素认知首选为相关法律不完善。结论患者隐私保护意识和维权意识强,但缺乏知识;要加强隐私保护知识宣教;医务人员要提供个性化、更人性化的隐私保护,制定隐私保护规范。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the privacy protection awareness of patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, so as to provide a reference for improving the quality of it's service. Methods Self-designed questionnaires on the privacy protection awareness was dispatched to 212 patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Results Overall, 43.4% of patients had general perception of privacy protection; the correct rate of its knowledge was 11.8% ; 67.5% of respondents considered privacy protection were important; the mass media was the major source for women to pick up such knowledge. Patients from different departments, cultural background, age and religion, held different cognition of importance of privacy protection with statistical significance. Complaint to hospital related department was the preferred way for patients to protect their privacy right; the primary factor influencing the cognition of privacy protection was the imperfect legal system. Conclusion Although patients have strong awareness of privacy protection, they lack related knowledge. Hospital authority should enhance the education of patients' privacy protection, the clinical staff should provide individualized and humanized privacy protection and set up necessary rules.
