| 摘 要： | 目的:研究梅花鹿免疫细胞活性因子(SIAF)对组织培养细胞的促增殖活性.方法:采用MTT比色法测定SIAF对FL细胞、L929细胞及原代培养的大鼠乳鼠心肌细胞促增殖活性.结果:SIAF对以上各细胞有显著的促增殖作用.结论:SIAF具有生长因子样活性.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of sika deer immunologic cellular activity factor(SIAF) on the proliferation of the culture cell in vitro. Methods: MTT colorimetric analysis was used to determine the proliferation of FL cell line, L929 cell line and cardiac myocytes of the new born rat in response to SIAF stimulation. Results: SIAF can improve the proliferation of the above cell.Conclusion: SIAF is a growth factor like substance. |
