血栓调节蛋白在血管内皮损伤中的表达及活血化瘀胶囊的干预机制

摘    要:[目的]观察血栓调节蛋白(TM)在血管内皮损伤中的表达及活血化瘀胶囊的干预机制。[方法]选择慢性肾炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,对照组30例。观察治疗后患者血浆TM差异,并观察治疗组和对照组在总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、血流变、24h尿蛋白定量方面的变化。[结果]治疗后患者的24h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);TC、TG、LDL降低、HDL升高;治疗组血清TM浓度低于对照组。[结论]血瘀证与血管内皮损伤有着密切联系,利用活血化瘀药可以调节血管内皮细胞的内环境及其分泌功能,从而调节内皮功能。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe thrombomodulin expression in vascular endothelial injury and intervention mechanism of blood circulation capsule. [Methods] The 60 cases of chronic nephritis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The plasma thrombomodulin(TM) differences were observed after treatment. And to observe changes of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein(HDL), hemorheology, 24 h urinary protein in the treatment and control groups. [Results] After treatment, 24 h urine protein was significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01); plasma TC, TG, LDL were decreased;HDL was increased; TM was lower than the control group. [Conclusion] Blood stasis are closely linked to vascular endothelial injury. Blood circulation herbs can regulate internal environment of vascular endothelial cells and its secretion function, thereby regulating endothelial function.
