| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经腹筋膜内全子宫切除术手术要点及临床效果。方法 1997年 8月至 2 0 0 3年 10月 ,对 15 0例因妇科良性疾病而需行剖腹子宫切除术的患者 ,行腹筋膜内子宫切除术。结果 15 0例患者均手术顺利 ,手术时间 86 5± 2 4 4min ,术中出血量 5 0～ 12 0ml,平均住院时间 6d。结论 经腹筋膜内子宫切除术是安全有效的术式 ,且操作简单。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the indication,technical key points and prevention of complication of abdominal introfacial SEMM hysterectomy.Methods Abdominal introfacial SEMM hysterectomy was carried out in one hundred fifty women who suffered from various kinds of benign gyneeologic dieases from August 1997 to October 2003.Results Mean operation time was 86.5±24.4min.The mean amout of blood loss was 50～120ml.The average postoperative hospital stay was 6 days.Conclusion Abdominal introfaciol SEMM hysterectomy is a safe and effective means for patients with various kinds of benign gyneecologic disease. |
