患者对护士工作满意度评价指标体系的研究

摘    要:目的研究患者对护士工作满意度的评价指标体系,以为提高护士护理工作质量,增强患者满意度,提供方法借鉴。方法采用德尔菲法,提出初步的护士工作满意度评价指标体系。后采用大样本调查。本次共发放问卷160份,最终收回问卷125份,回收率为78.125%。最终有效问卷110份,问卷有效率为88%。问卷回收后,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果不同学历患者对护士工作满意度没有显著差异。指标权重最大的是注射水平,为0.37;权重最小的是0.09,为保护隐私。总的来看,一级指标工作能力的权重为0.63,工作态度的权重为0.37。结论患者还是更重视护士的工作能力。因此,必须把主要精力放在提高护理水平上,加强专业素养,从而更好地为患者服务。

Abstract:Objectives Patients satisfaction evaluation index system for nurses job was researched, to improve nurses quality, enhancing the degree of patients satisfaction, and to provide methods for reference. Methods Using Delphi method, the preliminary nurses job satisfaction evaluation index system was put forward Then the big sample survey was carried. The total of questionnaire was 160, and finally 125 questionnaires come back, the recovery was 78.125%. Final effective questionnaire were 110 copies, and effective rate was 88%. after Questionnaire recoverying, the SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results Satisfaction degree of different degree patients for nurses job had no significant difference. The largest weight was injection level, which was 0.37. The minimum weight was 0.09, which was to protect privacy. In general, the weight of one class index work ability was 0.63, the weight of working attitude was 0.37. Conclusions Patients pay more attention to the nurse's ability to work. Therefore, we must focus on improving nursing level, strengthening the professional quality, so as to give patients better services.
